Adam Deakin is a photographer living in Lincolnshire, UK. Born in Nottinghamshire in 1983, he graduated from the University of Lincoln with first class honours in Contemporary Lens Media and has recently gained his MA in Photography at Nottingham Trent University. His work focusses on the inequalities within society, both historically and today. He is drawn to subjects he believes to be under-represented, timid or reserved; all of which he feels a connection with. Adam’s current project focusses on the impact of patriarchy on young and adolescent males.
